Need Help With This

Hi Everyone. I asked once how to "clear cookies". Someone was nice enough to tell me how. I thought I copied it and put it in a file, but now I can't locate it. So, if someone could be kind enough to tell me again I would be very grateful.

go to tools hit internet option and then you will see a button that says Delete Cookies. I think this should do it for you.

Or if you have IE 7, it says browsing history, which you click delete, and it will take you to more specific options like files, cookies, history..
I personally delete temporary files more often than cookies. And I do it often.
