Need Help with T-Shirt design

hello i am hoping i am in the right place with this.
i need some help as to where to design a mickey t-shirt for our family vacation....
my son is tunring 5 while we are going to be there
so his shirt i love to get a pic of mickey and have it written "Today I Turn 5" with the 5 in a little bit bigger of a font so it stand out a little.....
then on the back of the shirt near the collar have it is say
magic kingdom going all Knight until were Dunn.....
family vacation 2014....
since we are going with the inlaws and that is both of our last names....
mine and my wifes shirt we want a matching mickey same as sons
and have our shirts say
Today our Miracle turns 5
then grandparents shirt same mickey and theirs to say
Grandson turns 5 today......
all the writting on the back the same on all the shirts with the same colours
any help any ideas any anything...

You apparently need to visit the How To sticky! Nothing on the DISBOARDS can involve any "stuff" for sale....that is a violation of Disney copyrights. You can use the images to make your own things though.

I am trying to figure things out on this part of the board. I am thinking Rustman did this design for me.
Now questions I have and pardon me if they are not allowed since I am new.
Is there anyway that I can also get a design that says today our miracle turns 5. And would love another one to say today our grandson turns 5.....
we are not going to Disney until june 2015.
After I got this design I saved it to my picture gallery. But I have no idea what to do with it from there.
If someone can PM me on how to do the rest that would be great. I am not the most crafty person going. or even someone is allowed to post it on here.

Since we are going for my sons 5th birthday thought it would be cool all having the same shirt in a way......
