Need help with suggestion for breakfast, time allowed for transportation

We are planning a split stay. We're booked at Bonnet Creek for a family reunion, but before that we are 99% sure we will be staying at Vistana Villages. We will have our own car. The day we check into Bonnet Creek will not be a park day. Assuming we stay at Vistana Villages, we will need to check out, find a nearby place for breakfast (someplace like Ihop or Denny's), and get to DTD for DD's 11:50 appointment at BBB. I am told the appointment will last about 45 minutes. After that we need to get to guest services outside the gates of one of the parks to activate our military tickets in advance (save time for the next day when we're at the parks). We're hoping to have time to run over to Beaches and Cream for ice cream (outside, shorter wait) and get to Bonnet Creek to check in by 4 PM. Is this doable? Any suggestions for breakfast?

Wolfgang Puck Express in the Marketplace area of Downtown Disney has breakfast.

You should also be able to also activate your military tickets at guest relations at Downtown Disney.

It's about a 15 minute or so drive from Downtown Disney to the Beach Club, and about the same from the Beach Club to Bonnet Creek, so you should have no problem with time.

Some people on here have been able to check in early to bonnet creek, so you could try it, since you will be driving right past bonnet creek anyway on your way to the beach club.
