What temp do you have your spritz dough at before you put them through your cookie press? I had a lot of problems with them last year, the cookies wouldn't "DROP" off the end. However, I don't remember if my dough was too cold, or too warm. Maybe too stiff?

- like green almond flavoring, red anise flavoring, etc. I have a friend who is allergic to nuts. I try to make any cookies without nuts first, so I don't accidentally contaminate a recipe with nuts.
