Need help with snack times..

I've started my W.I.S.H. journal - seem that my most "vulernable times are between 3-4 in the afternoon - crave sweets (that's when I drink coffee too) and @ 9pm at night - crave salty/crunchy.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I use nuts for the salt cravings or rye crakers. I've got some sesame Ry Crackers that have a very nice buttery flavor and are fat free.

Here's my favorite new sweet treat - Peanut butter on apples. Filling and not too many bad carbs. I use dried apples with teh new squeeze peanut butter for a travel version. Yummy and very satifying. (as opplosed to "slimy yet satisfying" ;) )
