need help with scraplifting

i found a gorgeous design, but here is my problem it has another family's photos in it, i just got into usuing photoshop so i'm honestly new at it, how do i take them out so i can add my own photos?

Do you have the kit it was made with? If they used a Quick Page it won't have the pictures just the space.
