Need help with ressies plan

Hello Disers!

You guys have always been awesome with tips, so I am hoping you can help me now.

DH and I are taking my DM and DF to WDW. They haven't been since 1993. So far I have booked:

Yak and Yeti(for Lunch)
Yachtsman (Dinner)
Artiste Point(for Mom and Dad)
Citricos (for DH and I)
CA Grill (to see the fireworks)
Tony's Town Square(for Spectro Magic)
Rose and Crown (for Illuminations)

Here's what I need help with. I don't have anything planned for our last night. I want to do something special(but not extraordinarily expensive.) What do you suggest? What is a "last night" tradition that you have?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

we do not really have a last night tradition. do you think your parents would enjoy a character meal? if so, how about chef mickey. some place on the boardwalk.....flying fish is excellent. i re-read your post and you know you might have to wait for patio seating at the rose and crown. where are y'all staying and when are y'all going?

We are going in December from 12/2/09-12/12/09. We are doing the Wanyana Safari our first night (with dinner at Jiko) which I forgot to put on my post. My other problem is that there isn't a ton of availability. I've tried Ohana's (my rents love anything tropical), Chef Mickey's, Liberty Tree Tavern, all not available. I'm thinking we should rent a boat and cruise around to see the fireworks one last time. Has anyone done this?

As for Patio Seating at R & C, yes we plan to get there early to get patio seating.
