HI! I am currently booked for the Beach Club March 21-29 2015. We were in Disney this pastMarch 2013 the very first week and the weather and crowd level was perfect. I'm not sure that would be the same going mid March next year. I'm highly considering moving it to a little earlier because I REALLY do not want to fight crowds. Touring plans is showing the week of the 21st to be in the 7-8 crowd level. Im thinking to move it to maybe march 1st but would prefer march 7th to make sure it is warm enough for the pool. :confused3 Peak season for spring break starts March 6. Has anyone ever been to Disney during the 2nd week or later of March? If so was it extremely crowded? I appreciate any input. I'm trying to make a decision quickly. THANK YOU!!! :)

Hi! I hope I can help you... I have lived right next to Mickey for the past 13 years. I try to avoid the parks from the second week of March until the week after Easter...it is sooooo...crowded:( Also the local schools have spring break from the 21-29 making it extra crowded. If I were planning a trip it would definately be before March 6th. After that it starts college spring breaks and starts to get real busy.

Weather wise it is hard to predict here...last year it was chilly in March (low 50's-low 70's) the year before it was mid 80's. The good news is it doesn't rain alot during March. There wont be a big weather difference in those weeks, and
the pools are all heated so you could swim for sure.

I hope this helps...have a safe and fun trip!

I'm also going to disney in march although I'm going the first week in march. Hopefully the weather and crowds cooperate.

We are thinking of booking the first week in March. Did you change your plans or still going later in March? I am nervous about the crowds. This is our first trip so I am overwhelmed with all the planning!

We went March 2013 mid month.... around 13th-17th and I was ready for it to be really crowded. I think we did really well though. We tried to be at each park within 10 minutes of rope drop and then we hit several of the rides we wanted quickly... we left in the middle of the day after a late lunch since it seemed the parks got quite crowded around noon and after and we often returned after a nap or splash in the pool and the crowds were more manageable. I think the crowd calendars had us as 7-8's the whole time.... it was fine. I was very organized and we had our expectations set that we would do as much as we could.

(One evening after my little one napped, we actually went to EPCOT at around 6pm after dinner at our resort and managed to get to the character spot with a 2 minute wait, Soarin' with a 10 minute wait (instead of seeing the night show), Nemo ride in 10 mins and the Crush Talk with 5 mins.... and we did everything we had a FP for the next day in a few hours that evening. It wasn't crowded and the kids were very happy... we just rearranged the FP's for the next day and got to go on Test Track because we now could fit it in.)

Just plan and get your FP for exactly what you really want to do. Everything else was icing on the cake!
