Need help with planning 3 of our days?

I have a hard time deciding what days to do what.
Ok we have Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday open.
During these days we want to go to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Sea World.
Tuesday is Epcot evening EMH
Saturday is AK's morning EMH
We can't go to Sea World on Saturday. The reason is we want to leave early and we will be needing to sleep in because we will be at DAH the night before. I do have that part figured out lol.
Which days for which?

If you will be there during F & W fest make Epcot either your Tuesday or Wednesday as the weekends can get crowded with locals and tourist alike.

So then I would do Sea World whichever day is open during the week after you pick Epcot.

AK on Saturday. Plan your FPs right and you can get into AK a bit later in the day and see all the highlights. One tip - if you want to go on FoP and can't get a FP - go to Pandora about an hour or so before close - times start to drop significantly on the waits ( at least they did when we were there )

F & W. We will be there in June. Hoping to go for the FOP fastpass first. It will be toward the end of our trip if we go to AK on Saturday.
