Need help with non-Disney shirt design

DD's swim team has shirts for all the swimmers and family to buy. We all have one except little DD because they don't come any smaller than Youth Small. I need toddler size so I'm hoping to make one similar.

I have the logo:

Anyone able to make the logo have the crackle effect look like the original shirt? Same with the saying on the back - not even sure what fonts these are?
