Need help with minivan car rental

Hi everyone..so we will be going on 7/16 for a week, I paid $25 to the kingofcarrentals to book me a monivan for a week, costs me $25 to pay him for this, I will not pay until I pick up thr minivan. Anyways this is at budget, and is very cheap, $230, issues are that I do not pcik up at the airport though I am able to return it there. There pickup location is 8 miles away in orlando so I will have to pay a taxi, and though I have rented from budget before, but budget at mco, with no issues....I was reading the fine print and saw how they do a soft credit check......not sure how soft this is lol..my credit is not the best...its about 670 ...but its not something I want to take a chance on at all during my trip... and also budget holds $250 for security on my debit card....
so from these boards I learned About the deal from undercover tourist and alamo, now I can get a rental from alamo at the airport with no credit check and no security hold for $350 a week.... I am leaning towards alamo and want to pay for it today ...just want to see what everyone think on both of my options....thanks

My husband rented from Budget a few month ago on a business trip. When we booked they sent an email with all the detail on the price and we paid by our debit card ( we get paid back). A week after his return we get hit for a little over $100 again. I call and they said it was the airport fees and other cost and that is how they bill. She told me that they quote you the lowest possible rate for your rental, but that in most cases it does cost more because of airport fess and taxes I only tell you that because I do not want them to do that to you and you be hit by a surprise bill.
If you are a member of Costco you can get a great rate. I was able to get an SUV from Enterprise for the week of our stay for under 300.
