Hi. I am trying to get everything squared away so that when my fastpasses window opens up I am prepared.

I am the planner/coordinator for 4 different rooms...10 people.

Each person has an MDE account and is linked to me in MDE. The main person on each room has their reservation linked. Will this ensure that I will be able to make fastpasses for the entire group?

Yes I am.
You should be good to go when the FP+ booking window opens.

Everyone 3 and older needs to have park admission linked to MDE. The tickets can either be part of a package or purchased separately (either from Disney or an authorized reseller).

As long as you are all linked together you should have no problems. If you are linked correctly you should be able to see their hotel reservations and park tickets.

I just did this for 8 people(4 I manage on my account and 4 are linked with their own MDE accounts) and I had no problems.

How do you link together? I tried to find it on the fastpass thread.....but had no luck. We are booked and have a confirmation # and our friends have their own confirmation number. I went on MDE and added the 2 adults as friends.....I didn't add their son since he doesn't have an email for me to invite him. It is not time for us to do fastpasses, but I was going to go ahead and get us linked. Somehow I thought it would be simple but this does not seem to be the case. Thanks in advance.

Once you add your friends and invite them to share by email, they will need to go into their MDE account and accept the invite. When this is done, you should be able to see their reservations and tickets if they have them linked.

If the son is managed by one of the parents then you shouldn't have to do anything else, but if he has his own MDE account you will need his email to add him to your friends & family if you all want to share plans.
