Our family will be flying in on a Thursday afternoon and leaving a week later on Saturday. We are 3 adults and. 3 kids (ages 13, 11, and almost 7). We would like to do all of the following: La Jolla, Midway Museum, Legoland, zoo or Safari park, gas lamp area ( is there a fun place for the kids to eat here?), harbor tour, 3 days at Disneyland, Hollywood bus tour, wax museum, California Science Center, and try to get tickets to a tv show taping. I realize this is a lot and am willing to cut some out if needed. What order would you recommend we do these in? Would like to move hotels to LA by Friday night before our Saturday flight. Would you stay in San Diego for a couple days or just make home base Anaheim?

Sounds like a lot to fit in. I would drop La Jolla. It is a beautiful town but I think with all the other things on the list it would be the one of the1st thing to drop IMO.
If you stay a few a days in San Diego that will make it easier to see the zoo, Midway , etc then dealing with the drive to & from Anaheim.
Old Town trolley tours in San Diego go to Balboa Park (a10 min. walk to the Zoo from the stop). Plus it stops near the Midway and goes out to Coronado so you can check out the ocean there.
If your family likes baseball & the Padres are in town you might want to get tickets. The park is right in the Gaslamp.
