Need help with FP

Hello everyone.

I have FP made for next weeks trip and I don't want to cancel them. But I'm wondering if there's a way to see what FP times may be available in another park, thinking I may go to Epcot on day one and DHS on day 3 instead of the other way around.

Is there anyway to check FP availability to decide whether or not I should make this change, without cancelling our current FP's?

You can go in as if you were going to add and see what's available without it changing anything.

Okay, I've read the sticky and followed it step-by-step, but it doesn't work like the sticky says. We have 3 FP+ reserved for 3:30-6:30 on our party night. We wanted to see if 7DMT had become available, but before we can see what is available, it says, "You already have your 3 FP reserved, please cancel one or add to your party," or something like that anyway. We don't want to cancel what we have in fear of losing everything, and so we haven't moved beyond that page. We can't add any more people, because they don't have tickets. What are we doing wrong?

Are you on the app or a computer? It's changed a little since I used it last, but if it won't let you choose add can you choose modify? Maybe I'll go into mine and check, but it used to be you could choose a ride and "modify" it, it lets you choose new time or new ride and you can choose new ride and see what times are available for that ride. It won't cancel anything out until you pick the new time and save the changes.

Okay, Sharonabe, I just went in my own FP to double check. I did this through MDE on my computer. I went to my FP and clicked on one FP, when it opened it gave options like modify, cancel, etc. I chose modify and it asked me to select the people in my party I wanted to modify it for and then it brought me to a screen where it gave me the option of just changing my time, or it gave me alternate rides with their available times. This won't cancel anything as long as you don't select a new time/attraction and save it.

Thanks! We'll see if we can do it. When we tried before, we couldn't even get to a page to select one of the FP options we had chosen, but I'll try again.

When you are checking for the same park, you have to MODIFY but, you won't see any availability for the time slots that already have booked FPs.

And 3:30-6:30 are the only time slots we have for the party, therefore, this is why we can't see anything else. THANK YOU hiroMYhero. That makes perfect sense. We will be happy with what we have and try to ride 7DMT late in the evening.
