Hoping this is the place to ask this...We are hoping to travel to France this summer late July/early August. I am looking for the best rates for flights, most likely from Boston to Paris. The tentative plan is to stay in Paris for a few days and then travel by train down near Avignon to stay with friends for the remainder of our trip. to get home I am thinking of taking the train back to Paris, perhaps stay one night and then fly back to Boston. This seems less expensive than flying directly from the south of france back home.
What I am looking for is any advice on how to find the best flight prices, suggestions on traveling, even where to stay in france, etc..., but for now flight prices are most important. I will be traveling with my dh and 2 dds 10 & 12.
It seems my friend who lives in France found good prices on one airline, but when I looked it up it was much higher. I don't understand. Can she book for me under my name?
I know this is a lot. Any help is greatly appreciated. And it's not really Disney related this time, unless we visit Euro Disney in Paris.
