Need help with family costume suggestions

My good friends are going to WDW in October and want to wear themed costumes one night. They are a family of 4. The 2 boys are in second and fourth grade, so they don't want anything too babyish. They also would like for the costumes to be Disney related and easy to pack for the trip.

I am drawing a blank. Anyone out there have an idea they have used? Any ideas would be appreciated. Who knows, maybe I can get my friend on the CB with your advice.

One year at work we did Cruella Deville and Dalmations. The costumes were easy to make (white sweats with spots painted on them) and they would pack well.

That's a cute idea. Sweats would pack well.

My friend's family did a Spy Kids theme last year, but she doesn't want to do her hair black at WDW. So it could be a live action movie as well as animated.

Anybody else?
