Need Help with Exercise DVD

Hi to all

Looking for advice on choosing a yoga or exercise DVD which will keep me interested.

I don't want the DVD to be more than 30 minutes long. It will be hard enough blocking out that much time (one of my goals is to find more time for myself )

I used to take Yoga many moons ago and really liked it but I am open to all suggestions.

I have the Firm ones and they are good. I usually just exercise along with the shows on FitTV most of the time (alot more fun).

I think it depends on your level of fitness and possibly previous dance/cheerleading experience, lol. I tried the firm and frankly I thought the steps were a bit complicated. I don't have a huge area and found myself tripping over myself. I have used walk off the pounds which I bought as a 3-pack of 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles but they're kinda boring if you're in good shape. My very favorite is Tony Horton's Power 90 tapes/dvds but a friend and I ordered them online. I'm not sure they're in stores. They are online at www.beachbody.com We ordered the set of 4 which are two cardio burning exercise tapes and 2 muscle toning tapes. He works your butt off literally, lol, and stomach and thighs, etc. I used these tapes last year for about 6 months and watched what I ate as well and lost 35 lbs. I've used them on and off since losing the weight but tend to use them more in the winter when I can't really run at the track.

I've tried the firm, too, and I liked them a lot. Slim in Six, also at Beachbody.com is GREAT. I'm back to alternating weights and aerobics, though, so I'm not using the dvds right now. I liked Slim in 6 the best. . . really tightens the butt!

Here's another link for you. Its called Collage video, and it has literally hundreds of videos for you to choose from, and they are ALL exercise videos. The site is great to order from. I just a video from it myself last week. The descriptions are great and they actually pay ppl to do the videos they sell!! They aren't affiliated with any infomercials or specific programs so you can find just about anything here. Good luck with finding a video
