Need help with DISNEY font!

I would really like to get something typed up in the DISNEY font for the front of our new T's. I do not have this font and would really appreciate it if someone could hel me out This is what I need typed:

Roy & Cates
Family Vacation
May 8-16,2009

I'd like the font size a little smaller then the rest. Thanks in advance!!!!

I wasn't sure what color you wanted so I went with basic black. Did you mean have the date font smaller? If you would like any changes, let me know. I can also take the Mickey off the 2009 if you wish.
