Need Help with Disney DVD Player

For Christmas I purchased from Sears.com the Disney Portable DVD player for my grandson. I also purchased the Replacement Policy. The DVD player never worked. Since Sears does not have any more and the only ones they have cost more, they refuse to replace it. Does anyone know where I might buy another Disney Portable DVD Player? Sears will give me a refund for the cost and I can buy elsewhere.

PS - That is my last purchase from Sears.

You should check with Sears again. I live in Washington and the Sears closest to me still had the Disney tvs and dvd players last week. Your Sears location may be able to get one from another Sears. If possible you should check with the Sears location nearest you, that store manager may be able to intervene on your behalf.

Thanks, but this is the portable DVD player, not the one that attaches to the TV.

what's the point in having a replacement policy if they won't replace it? So you would get a total refund right? Of the policy price too? I find that to be appaling customer service. Especially if they "have" the product. Is that the best they will offer? Keep moving up the chain.
