Need help with dd's b'day invitations...

I like to do our own invitations and put a little rhyme in them, for example two years ago I wrote:

It's time for us to celebrate
It's time for us to play
We hope that you can join us
Cause it's dd's special day!

This year dd is turning 8 so I wanted to incorporate that into the invitations...8 is great or something like that. Anyone have any ideas?

We're having it at a pizza parlor that has an indoor play area. I also have a non-messy art project planned. And I was thinking of doing decorate-your-own cupcakes. No specific theme.
