Need help with Crocs sizing

I'm buying my DD some more Crocs for Christmas, but the last pair I bought in the store, and these I will be buying online. I can't decide what size to order her. The ones she has have 2 circles on them, one says 1 with a M above it, and one says 3 with a W above it. I'm almost positive the tag on them was a Child's 1 though. Can anyone help? They fit her perfect, but I'm thinking of ordering her a 2 to give her some growing room. I just want to make sure they were indeed a child's 1 and not a 3.

They have a sizing chart right on their website www.crocs.com that you can print off and measure the size of the foot. I got my DD some Disney Crocs, and didn't tell her what I was measuring for, just that I wanted to know the size of her foot.
