I've tried to do this, but when I go to copy it will not let me copy just paste, is there another way to do this?

If you're using a Windows-based machine, you can try holding down the Ctrl key and then pressing the 'C' key. This is essentially the same as choosing 'Copy'. You should then be able to do the paste as it appears in the instructions.
