Need Help with AP question/Purchase

I am so appreciative of all the great information on this site-- but i have a question and not sure of what to do with xmas only a week away. I want to buy 2 AP passes - but not activate till February when we go. I need them ready to go and linked to my account so i can do fast passes on December 26
Can i order these and link to my account on the phone by calling Disney? OR If you order online at tickets are they automatically available or do they send you a voucher and then you call and link.
