Need help with an Epcot song title

What is the name of this particular song.....

It is used as the fanfare everytime you turn on Radio Buena Vista on Live365 but it is also used for the "Dancing" Epcot fountains after Fantasmic. I looked at the Steve Soares list of fountain songs, and it does not seem to be any of the Yanni or John Tesh songs (or Rocketeer or Rescuers). It has lyrics and I would like to get a copy...anyone with an idea?

Hmm...Radio Buena Vista is temporarily down for a few months so I couldn't listen to it but I'm thinking it may be "Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand"?

If not, maybe I'm thinking of another Live365 station...

Oops, sorry, I forgot to say that if it IS "Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand', this song was initially used during the Millenium Celebration and can be found on that CD.
