Need help with ADR for cirque du soleil night.

First time Disney family here looking for advice on ADR for our cirque du soleil night. We have cirque du soleil tickets for 12/10/2010 @ 9pm show. Currently considering Raglan Road for ADR. Would a 7:00pm ADR be OK time wise? Any other suggestions for place and time for this ADR. We will be coming from MK. Also, how long does it take to get to DD from MK? -Thanks

Sure that will be fine. 7pm ADR will be fine for any dinner place at Downtown Disney. You could also go to Fulton's, Cuban Bongo Cafe, etc. You can't go from MK to DD direct. Best bet is to exit the MK, walk over to Contemporary Resort, and then wait at their bus stop and hop over to DD. To be on the safe side, give yourself 45-60 min for this.

Time for ADR is great! I like Wolfgang Puck Cafe too. If you want to leave MK a bit earlier, you could take a bus to POR or POFQ and then take the boat to DTD. It is such a fun relaxing way to go to DTD. This is a slow boat though so allow plenty of travel time.

Do you have DDP? If not, you may want to consider eating at House of Blues. It's right next door to CdS, & we think it's better than Raglan Road. If you're using DDP, ignore me.

Please be aware that you want to enter the Cirque theater about 30 minutes before showtime. There is a pre-show that you will miss if you cut it too close. We've been to La Nouba twice, and personally I'd say you're cutting it a little close with a 7 pm ADR, esp. if you aren't seated right on time. I'd go for 6:30 to be on the safe side.

We too chose a 6:30 ADR at the HOuse of Blues before Cirque. You are frequently not seated right at your ADR time. We want to be at the theatre by 8:30, so I thought 6:30 was safer.
