Here is the scenario:
Setting: High School Band Class.
student A is asked by teacher to "get something down off the wall" for her. He sets his Clarinet on her piano (where there is a flute case (belonging to student B) alredy set on the piano.
Student B (who doesn't know that student A set his Clarinet (not in it's case) on the Piano), reaches for her Flute case...... The flute case bumps the clarinet....... the clarinet falls to the floor........ the mouth-piece breaks.
The mouth-piece costs $40.
Here is the question:
***** Should Student B pay........
1. Nothing
2. Half of the cost of the mouth-piece.
3. All of the cost of the mouth-piece.
