Need help w/ Hoop-de-doo Confusion

We'll be staying off property at the end of November. I've been to to the Hoop-de-doo Revue many times, but not in the last 6 years or so, and never when staying off property. I'd like to take my significant other, but I'm confused on how to get to Pioneer Hall when coming from the outside. I don't want to get lost! (He doesn't deal well with getting lost...what can I say??)I've read posts about buses, bus stops, mis-information, using WL as a starting point (or not being able to) and long travel times. If its going to be a hassel, I'll skip it, but I'd really rather not! Can someone give me really basic instructions on how to get to Pioneer Hall, estimate how long it takes to get there, and how early we should arrive? Thanks!

Tell Security (at the gate) that you are going to HDDR and tell them your name (at Fort Wilderness). They will ask you to park your car and then you take the Orange Bus to Pioneer Hall.

I would give it an hour before your show. You need to get in line to "check in" and get your picture taken.

The easiest way to do this is to go through the Magic Kingdom gate. Tell the CM you are going to the HDDR, and they will direct you down the road on the right hand side (same road you take to the Contemporary). Follow the signs until you arrive at the Fort Wilderness gate. Then, that CM will instruct you where to park your car, and you will take the internal bus.

Go through MainGate(as far to the right as poss.) tell them you are going to the HDDR, they will direct you to FW, first right after MG. FW will be on your left, go to the 2nd entrance, this way you will not have to go through the security gate that can sometimes back up. The parking lot is divided so you will not be parking in the "secure" resort guest parking, but in the old River Country parking area. Walk to the bus station (next to the kennel and in front of the corral for the trail ride), take any bus that says "Settelment", orange has the fewest stop between Outpost(that is the stop you are at) and Settelment(the stop for Pioneer Hall), but any Settelment bus will get you there. When you done just hope a bus back to Outpost or stroll around awhile and enjoy FW.
ETA: From Outpost to Settelment shoud take about 15 min depending on how full the bus is, how many people need to get on/off at the stops along the way.
