Need help w/designing pic menu for Coral Reef! Advice please!

Hey guys! I am supposed to be sending an email w/ pictures I want used for my personalized menu to Debbi at the Coral Reef today! I am very excited about these menus and the fact that we got the diver for that night too.

My question is what kind of pics should I send? How many pics? What should I ask for it to say? We are celebrating my ds's 4th b'day and my dh's upcoming 35th b'day. Finally, what should I ask for the diver to have written on his sign?? Any advice from people who have used these two services before?? TIA!

DO you have any pics of previous trips to WDW? If not just send pics of yall all together! I would have sign say Happy Bday to my boys or Happy Bday Dudes (take them to see Crush first lol)

Thanks! I appreciate you posting. After I posted this thread, I finally got my search function to work and I found a few examples of the menus. I picked out 5 or 6 pics for each menu (one for ds and one for dh...both have upcoming b'days) and all the pics I sent are of dh/ds together...some are from out last two trips at WDW. I tried to do some from when ds was born up until now...kinda cover the last 4 years. Thanks again! Have a wonderful day!

I am going to start working on these menu's also...could you point me in the direction of the examples you found on your search? Thanks!

How do you arrange getting a menu and or Diver...
We will be down in November for our 10th Anniversary...
also my dd bday and in Dec... Would love to do something fun for hunnie and her..

Also do you know if any other places do anything special.. We have ADR's at Yachtsmans on our actual Anniversary... they do anything?? DH LOVES steak.. ha ha ha....

If you call the phone number for the Coral Reef they will give you information on who to email to arrange for a diver and menu. I just made my Feb. ADR so I emailed them yesterday, I haven't heard back yet on exactly how the process works. I really hope I don't have trouble getting the diver and menu. I just googled the Coral Reef and found the direct phone number on the internet somewhere.

I would like to know too, we are taking our nieces there as a belated Xmas gift and I have dinner booked so a diver with a sign and customized menus would be awesome....how should I go about this?
