Need help w/CM cutting system...

Help! I have a CM cutting system that someone gave me, and I just can't understand how to use it! I am fairly new to sb'ing and haven't worked with any of these cutting systems yet.

Can you tell me how to use the templates, plastic shapes, and the little knife?? (I know how ridiculous this must sound... )

I'm not sure how good of an instructor I will be but I will try . The plastic sheet is your guide . The different colors on the sheet correspond with the blades in the set ( red , green , and blue ) . the rings are what you actually use as a guide to cut with . If you place tha plastic sheet down on your picture or page , this will give you a guide on how the cut out will look , and how much rings will cover . Than you choose a blade based on which size you wish your shape to be . Remove the plastic sheet before cutting and than place your ring back down on the mat with your picture . The groooves in the rings act as your guide . The blade should be on the outside and the two slota should be in the groove ,. Than you just proceed to cut . Try this with a peice of paper or a old picture that you do not plan to use , this will help you to practice before cuuting precious pictures . I hope I was of some help .
