Need help understanding MDE

Hi there. I have been to WDW several times before, but not since the launch of FP+. We are going over Christmas, as we have done before. I am the coordinator of our group (3 families, 10 people total) and need to understand MDE.

I have created an account and added all of the people in our party to the MDE account and set them up (names and ages).

When we get our tickets, do I need to get everybody's ticket numbers and link to MDE, or should each family create their own MDE accounts? If each family creates their own, how are we linked? I made the hotel reservations, which is why they are linked with me.

Everyone making their own individual MDE accounts is the easiest route imo. Then go to friends and family list and you send them an invite to your friends and family list by putting in the email they use for their MDE account. After you invite everyone then you can go on and make FP's for select individuals or the entire group together
