I'm trying to make a park reservation for May.
When I try to link my tickets I get a message "Tickets already linked to another account."
The tickets that I'm trying to link were never used. We bought them and linked them for a trip last year that we ended up cancelling.
I am trying to call WDW but there is a 160+ minute wait. Hopefully I call the right photo number have that long wait

If you linked them there, they should still be in the MDE account that you had. You can book, cancel, book again and those tickets will still be there. They only disappear from the account once you have scanned into the park and the amount of days they are good for has passed. Are you sure you are logged into where you first linked them?

So the tickets have likely expired? You will need to call and update them to the dates for your new trip this May. Even though you can't see them, the CM should. You may need to pay additional if the price for your new dates has increased.

Thanks, that kinda makes sense. So, what would be the correct phone number to call? I would hate to for over 2 hours just to find out I called the wrong number.

After being on hold for 2 and a half hours I was told my tickets have a validation number that has expired. I am supposed to get a call back tonight to get a new "validation number". Then I can link them. There may be an additional charge. We'll see.

Unfortunately with the date based ticket system this is correct process.
It would be nice if such things didn't take a phone call and a call back to sort out.
Hope they spread some pixie dust and let you use the tickets at last years prices.
