Need help surprising the kids!

Ok guys, I need some help. DH just gave the OK to book the Poly for this Sept-Oct. 8 nights!!! I want to do something special to tell my boys (6 & 3) They have been asking a lot lately about going back, so I thought it would be fun to do something different- like maybe a scavenger hunt with clues leading to the "big surprise". What I'd like from you guys is some different clues, maybe using props. I'm not very good at writing little lymrics.
Here are some of their disney interests:

pin trading
Star Wars ride
Goofy's Barnstormer
anything Mickey
Jungle Book
Splash Mountain
Kali River Rapids
we call DH Goofy
teasing DS6 about how much he "loves" ToT
(we have several plush characters to help w/ clues - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Baloo, Mogli, Kaa, Brer rabbit, Eeyore)

I know there are lots of creative Dissers out there! Please help!!

Well, this may not be very creative.

However, we surprised our kids with a trip a few years ago. We simply did not tell them where we were going. We just packed for them, and told them we were going somewhere for Thanksgiving. Got in the car, drove down, and they realized when we drove through the WDW "gates" (the big archway with Mickey and *another character--can't remember who*) where we were. Loads of fun when they realized it.

Now, given, this was a very last minute trip. As in, we decided 2 weeks before we left!

Have fun with whatever you decide to do! I'm still trying to convince DH that we are due for a trip.

Well, this isn't a scavenger hunt, but if you are planning on going to MNSSHP, you can mail them to the kids w/an invitation from Mickey.
