Need help scheduling 3/23 -3/30! Disney and Universal

My family (13 yr old daughter, husband and I) will be at CB from 3/23-3/25 and BW from 3/26-30. We want to do one day at Universal and the rest at Disney. I've heard you should avoid Water parks during the weekend -what about Universal? What are the best parks to do during the weekend? Can we do AK in the morning and the water park in the afternoon? I wanted to save Epcot and MGM for the Boardwalk days. Thanks for any ideas.

I think Epcot is a good park on saturdays.

Its best to skip Universal on the weekend it is usually crowed with local teens at that time.
