Does anyone have past experience booking a package through Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc.?
Initially, I had a hotel reservation (Disneyland Hotel) with a AAA discount and then added the four-day Park Hoppers directly through Disney. I wanted to change my dates. So, I called Disney. However, when I called to change the dates, the CM asked me if I wanted access to MM and MTTMM. I thought they were included in my other park tickets since I purchased more than three days and was staying "on-property". So, I said "Of course. I thought they were already included with the tickets I got.". She told me "no. You don't have that." So with the CM's advice, I changed our package
scared: more $$$$$). Did the CM give me bad advice? Did I already have MM and MTTMM access with my initial tickets/reservation? Just curious. I had a sick feeling in my stomach when I got off the phone, like I had been scammed. Somehow, I went from calling Disney directly to being transferred to WDTC when I asked to change my dates.
Please help with any answers. If I was misinformed, it should still be within a reasonable timeframe to speak with a Manager and get my money back. Otherwise, I do have a few lawyers in the family.
Thank you in advance for any comments on this matter.
