Need Help & Quick! Has anyone done Epcot's Dolphin Experience?

I'm trying to decide between booking the Dolphin Swim Experience, or a Parasailing trip at the CR for my husband and I! It's for our honeymoon which is in less than 2 weeks! I have enough money in my "Surprise DH" fund for the Dolphin Swim, but am having a HUGE problem deciding which one he'd like better since I have not done the dolphin swim before, and have no idea what it would be like! Can someone tell me a bit about it? Thank you so much!

me & my fiance did the dolphins in depth tour back in november 03 & it was a great experience, we plan on doing it again during our wdw wedding in march.
dolphins in depth is an education tour & dolphin encounter, you do not swim with the dolphin, you have a 30-45 minute interaction petting the dolphin, assisting with tricks, etc. you also get a great photo! the tour begins with a vip & backstage tour of the living seas. you also get an info packet about dolphins & learn about these friendly mammals. the tour lasts about 3 hours.

me & my fiance also did the tandem parasailing at the contemporary, it was exhilirating being that high up, the castle looked great. it was a fun experience the parasailing itself was only 10 minutes of our 30 minute boat ride.

both were fun but the dolphins in depth was definetly a better deal time & cost wise the dolphins in depth was $120 with a coupon, 3 hours (parasailing was $130, for 10 minutes air time) & the dolphins was a more memorable for us. we still talk about it.

My husband and I did Dolphins in Depth last June.

As said, the program last 3 hours. You spent 20-30 minutes in the water with the dolphins (there are two: Calvin & Rainier) where you can rub them down and interact with them. The rest of the time is spent learning about dolphin anatomy, training sessions, conservation, various programs at The Living Seas, etc. They provide refreshments, you get a DID tshirt, and you also get a photo of you and the dolphin, and a "booklet" that explains more about conservation, the efforts at The Living Seas, and information on training dolphins. You have the option to take an individual shot with the dolphin, or take a pic with whoever you came with and the dolphin. My husband and I did individual pictures. The program can only take 8 people a day (Monday-Friday), so booking in advance is a necessity. The cost is $150 per person, but if you have the Birbaum's Guide to WDW, there is a coupon for 15% off for up to 4 people.

I did Dolphins In Depth a couple of years ago. Everyone has described it really well. I thought the experience was amazing and well worth the money. If you have a Disney Visa, you can sometimes get 10% off. I have never been parasailing so I can't really comment on that but I've told so many people that the dolphin experience was the best $150 I ever spent. You will also get to see a lot of the backstage area of the Living Seas that people don't normally get to see. I thought that was pretty neat too.
