Need Help Quick! Customized Menus And Diver Question

I tried the search and couldn't get it to pull anything up. I know that the Coral Reef does the customized menus for special occasions. I also know that you can make a request for the diver to hold a sign foryou.

I remember there being a certain person to call but I just can't find the information.

We are making a surprise trip to WDW on August 9th through the 16th so I need to move quick!!!!! It's our 24th wedding anniversary and our son's 11th birthday.

Please help me out!

the restaurant number is on the disney website or google. she is very quick to respond to voice mail and is quite charming.

When are your reservations? We are going to be there on August 9 for dinner and again a different part of our grand gathering will be there on August 11.
