Hi everyone
I just have a question and am really hoping someone can help me......my DH and I and my 4 yo DS have a free dining ressie at CSR and my DM and DD have one as well, I was wondering if you can add a person to an existing reservation and that person get the free dining as well? I am wanting to add my grandmother to my parents ressie, she is dying to go to WDW and I want her to go so bad, but she is wanting to go for the free dining, so I didn't know if anyone knew if this was possible or not.....Thanks:thumbsup2

Yes, but it must be done in advance, the hotel front desk can not do this upon check in. You would need to call central reservations or your travel agent (depending on how you booked the res) and they woul be able to add to the package. I believe this must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival (that is what others have said on other threads) but definelty give them a call and they should be able to assist you!

While we are not booked during free dining, I was told that I could add my daughter to our reservation at any time prior to our arrival. Disney doesn't care if you upgrade (because you're spending more money) but they do penalize you if you downgrade.

Because the booking window has closed for Free Dining if they have trouble doing it when you call CRO ask to be put threw to Guest Services who is able to do things that the front line CRO can not.

I was able to add another adult to a reservation that had a code that expired by using Guest Services.
