Need help please!

We are trying to decide on a resort for Christmas. We really like HRH, but this time my inlaws will be coming with us and PBH sounds very nice too. Heres my questions-

Does one hotel go all out with Christmas decorations?

Is the boat ride to the parks bad from PBH? How long is the walk compared to HRH?

If we go with PBH, which room is recommended? At HRH we would most likely go with a club room again. Would the Royal Pacific club room be a better choice?

Whatever you kind folks suggest, we'll most likely go with.

The holidays at PBH are just beautiful. Last year there was huge tree out on the piazza and the grinch was there every evening reading to the kids and the PBH gave out free milk, hot chocolate and cookies. It was just so lovely! You would love the place. As for the walk it's about 10+ walk to universal the boat ride is about 5 minutes the boat ran extremly frequent during the holidays. I'd suggest any room.LOL During the summer i love the pool view deluxe rooms so i can watch the fireworks from the baloncy (or bathtub.LOL) during the holidays we had a villa suite facing the bay overlooking the piazza and it was just great! Seeing the hotel lights at night reflecting on the water, opening the balcony doors to listen to the christmas songs and watch the grinch chase the kids on the piazza it was just a merry time we absoultley would recommend it. The NYE fireworks could be seen from the piazza, and the beach pool.
