What woul you do?

Ok we are going the WD 5-5 to 5-11 with only 6 days of tickets, because we are going to take a trip to the beach for 1 of the days.
Ok I found 2 flights 1 flight we would get to DW a about 9 in the morning and the other we would get there about 3 in the afternoon the later flight plus the flight home we would save $303 and we would not need a room the night before we leave so that would be $145. That would be $448 savings. We all like to save when going to DW :cool1: .
I just can not make up my mind do I want to get there early or have more money to shop with :rolleyes1 .
What would you do?

We just went through the same problem. We are going May5th-12th, we were going to drive half way that friday night and then drive the rest of the way the next morning and get to the hotel around 10 or so. Then we saw how much the hotels were going to cost if we went the day before. So I looked around on the internet and found a flight with Airtran Airways. $310 for us to flight round trip. It would end up costing about the same price to drive. The down fall was....we don't fly into orlando until 1:10 pm, which is later than we wanted, but we ended up booking our flight and now we are so excited about flying rather than driving. We have a 1yr old, so I think flying will be so much better! Good luck with making your decision. I would go for cheaper route myself...in order to have more money to spend at disney.

I would go with the option that would give me more money to shop with!!!LOL The later flight also means you don't have to leave your house for the airport at the crack of dawn!!

thank you we might go with the later flight! But still up in the air LOL

Save tne money and arrive later. You still have plenty of time to do a park. It might be worth mentioning you won't be able to get into your room that early because check-in isn't until 3, although in May it might work, but generally you can't get into your room til late afternoon anyway. I would just hit the park you don't want to do as much in that day or do MK since one day is never enough there anyway. Besides you know you are going to want to buy great souveneers(I'm sure I spelled that wrong:confused:) and wouldn't it be nice to not have to worry so much about whether or not you're spending to much:goodvibes.

Yes you are so right! :rotfl:

We've taken those 6:30 am flights and even though we live in the GTA, we used to get Hotel rooms just to save the hour travel time to the airport. But getting the kids up at 4:30 am and they don't sleep the whole way there since they are excited, I found they were burnt out by 4pm so we didn't really have any extra time to play!!

Take the later flight!

So true. We did that once and by 11 am mommy was in desperate need of a nap.:rotfl2:
