Need Help Please

I lost my daughters password to log onto VMK. I had written it down and now I can not find it. I do remember that since she was a minor, her log in was attached to my log in name to the Disney website. Does anyone know if there is a way to recover this password? If so, who do I need to contact? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

On the VMK login page, underneath the boxes where you plug in your username and password, there should be a link titled "Forgot Your Password?" Follow the instructions, and this information should be sent to the e-mail address you provided for your daughter's account. Hope that helps!

I tried doing that, but it just sends me my password, not hers. I need to find out if I can email someone with her characters title and my email address, and see if they can give me her password, since she was a minor and attached to my account.

Something else to try....

What browser are you using? Do you have Internet Explorer & Firefox installed?

Both like to remember the passwords automatically if you let them. Try logging in as her with both browsers and see if it pops up.

Also, if you have different users in XP, be sure to log in as her and then try this.

Also, I tried to post info out of the email sent to parents when their child signs up; however, it contains url's, and I do not have enough posts to post it.

Try looking up the email you originally received. It contains a ton of information on how to access your child's information.

here is what she was talking about i think

1. If you decided to give you child access to interactive features
as outlined above in #4, then you already have a family account. You
can review your child's personally identifiable information by logging
in to your family account at the Member Services home page:

http://register.go.com/go/memberservices/home

This will allow access to your account as well as all your family
member
accounts.
