Need Help Planning

Ok, we want a sit down dinner for 4 nights.

We already have Cape May booked for July 4th, but are in need of suggestions for the other 3 nights.

We would like to keep it about $30 per person, any suggestions on what the really good restaurants are around the world? Any park restaurant would be helpful, since we only have 4 nights we really dont want to be running to resort restaurants.

I would try and do a restaurant in Epcot-in one of the countries. My personal favorite is the San Angel Inn in Mexico. The food there is perfect-there's nothing bad I could say about it, the restaurant itself is nothing short of gorgeous, and there's a boat ride (if the line is short, we like to ride this while we wait for our table!).
The restaurant is inside and air conditioned, but is made to look as though it overlooks Mexican ruins with a night sky and a volcano. This is my personal favorite out of all the eats in the entire World.
If you are looking for good entertainment while you eat, the 50's Prime Time cafe, located in MGM, promises a good time because the waiters are interactive-they play their "sitcom mom/dad" roles throughout the whole meal, nagging you if you don't clean your plate and reminding you to keep your elbows off the table. The food is not as top notch as you will find in any of the countries, but it is still very good.
There's also Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom if you are into the character things. Again, the food is not as top notch as the countries, but this is more for the kids to see the characters.
I tried to pick the best of the parks-hope this helps.

My suggestions would be: Liberty Tree Tavern, Ohana, CHef Mickeys, Hollywood Brown Derby, 1900 Park Fare, Le Cellier (any combination of the above). Have fun picking. We'll be there at that time too - we're doing WCC on the 4th of July.
