Need help planning something special!!!

My whole family is going on a disney vacation in November. My parents are going to help watch all the kids (ages 1-8) but my sisters and I want to do something special for just the two of them one night. We're going on a 3 day disney cruise and then a week at the boardwalk and going to Magic Kingdom one day..any suggestions???? Thanks in Advance

We're taking my in-laws to Disney in May, and one night we are sending them to Circque. We've done it twice, and I know they will love it. I highly recommend it.
