Need Help Planning Dec 9 through 16 trip

My wife and I are trying to save for a trip to "the World" and planning on Dec 9-16th.

We would like to fly out of Little Rock, Ar and would like to stay at one of the following:

Wilderness Lodge, Polynesian, or Coronado Springs.

I am figuring up about $3500 for the total trip, but would like help in shaving as much off that total as possible.

As I stated before, it will probably be just my wife and I however, there is a possibility that my SIL may accompany us so, that will need to be figured in as well.

It looks like you can do 7 nights, 8 day park hoppers and the dining plan for $2126.10 for 2 people.

Can you break that down please so I can get a good idea about individual costs such as Tickets, plane ride, resorts costs, etc.
