Need help planning 4/19 to 4/24

This will be my 7th trip. Our last trip DH and DDs was 3 years ago. I wasn't planning to return this soon but my father who is recently widowed and has mobility issues really wanted to take my niece who hasn't been since 2001 and he wants to take the entire family. I am excited to get away but feel like I have been there, done that with Disney World. Any suggestions for things that I might not have appreciated in past trips that I must try out on this trip?

We will be there almost the same time 4/20-25. It's our 9th trip. I felt the way you do our trip last fall. Felt like, been there, done that. This trip, it's the first trip for just the 3 of us in 6 years. I've planned different adr's that we haven't tried in the past, and we're staying at a resort we've never stayed at. That's my suggestion, I guess, try a new restaurant or show, or area of a park you've never really taken time to explore? Like last fall, we took time to just wander around the paths around the tree of life in AK and found lots of hidden treasures.

How old are the family members that will be going with you this trip? Do you know how the new FP+ system works? Character meals are always fun. The resorts will have Easter activities on Easter Sunday.
