Hi,
We are going to be going to DL and CA next June and had a question. We are a family of 6 and want to stay very close to the parks so that we can walk there early in the morning and return in the afternoon for a nap, etc....
We will be traveling to California in in oversized van - 24 ft from wisconsin and have found out through calling many of the hotels that are located across the parks that they will not take an oversized vehicle in June in their parking lots because of the crowds. Is there another place to park our van besides their parking lots. We really want to be close and not stay at one at the campgrounds near by and not have to worry about driving or shuttles
We are also looking into staying at one of the onsite hotels, but the rooms state that they are for 5. Our youngest will be 1 at time of travel, so we will probably still be using a pack n play anyways. Plus they are free into the parks. Would we be able to just bring our pack n play for our 1 yr old in a room made for 5. We really don't want to spend money on 2 rooms onsite - too expensive as it is. Does anyone recommend one onsite hotel over another, esp. Disneyland Hotel and Pacific Pier? They both seem nice. Our kids ages will be at time of travel: 11, 6, 5 and 1.
Thanks in advance for your help!!!!!
Vicki
