I have been tentatively planning on taking my two oldest children ages 7 and 5 and my sister to WDW in May. We live in Alaska however and the airfare will be the largest expense on the trip. I just saw airfares this week for $270 roudtrip that are good until March 31. This is an UNBELIEVABLE airfare from Alaska! :D :D :D I am not sure what to do now as I am unable to go during our Spring Break the last week of March as that is the busy time at work. And I really wanted to avoid the crowds and higher hotel prices during March. :( you all have great ideas so I am turing to you for help! What to do?

Thanks for your reply, but they do not. :( we get service from only a few airlines, Alaska, Northwest, Delta and United usually, a few more in the summer but never any of the really discount airlines. Any other ideas?

Disnee Dad Says....................................................... Wow, this is a tough one. It would seem that as airfare is a major factor you may want to plead for a one time I will never do it again, but I got to go to WDW!! If that does not work, then I would look to next fall, oct,nov 2002. Lock in as soon as a good rate appears. You can always stick to the May plan. If worst comes to worst, go to Disneyland, it will feed your addiction, and buy you time for the real trip!!

I also forgot to mention to you. try different airports. I am landing in Tampa instead of Orlando. I don't mind the extra drive for the discount i got. Good luck.:)
