Help! I'm planning our first trip to WDW since 1996, and want to make sure everything's perfect since I had to work so hard to talk DH into staying for 8 wonderful days! We have PS for the following meals:

Le Cellier--lunch
Kona Cafe--lunch
Akershus--lunch
Brown Derby--lunch
Boma--Dinner
Liberty Tavern--dinner
Marrakesh--lunch
San Angel Inn--lunch
Rose & Crown--dinner (We have a 7:20 PS, and are going to try for a patio table, to see Illuminations. Any hints on how to actually get the patio would be appreciated...)
Also, we're staying at YC, so I'm sure we'll hit Beaches & Cream once or twice for burgers.

Any comments or suggestions? Any hints on what to order? DH likes gourmet food, and we're both fairly adventerous eaters--which means that we like spicy food, and will try just about anything! Have I made any mistakes? Please advise!!

Looks like a good list to me!

Le Cellier--we love the cheese soup and filet.
Kona Cafe--nice menu, not spicy. If you like good coffee, order a 100% Kona Press Pot--not sure if they do for lunch.
Marrakesh--Yummy and exotic. Appetizer sampler is great.
San Angel--Order specialities.

Emjoy!

I take it you aren't breakfast people...??? No AM PS's. Besides the fact that the 3 princesses need to eat, me and DH love breakfast. A trip to WDW would do without at least one character breakfast for our gang.

All you have listed look great. I can not wait to try Boma myself in December.

Pleasant eating!

We DO like breakfast, but we're staying concierge, so DH ruled out eating ANYWHERE else but the concierge lounge for breakfast--he has to get his money's worth! Also, we have two teens--they think they're too "mature" for character breakfasts, not to mention trying to drag them out of bed before noon...

Thanks for the feedback!!

The only thing I might change would be to do "Ohana's instead of Kona- but you may not have time to fit it in. Oh and you might want to consider either PrimeTime Cafe or Sci-Fi Drive In just for the ambience- a nice dessert there? Other than that you've picked alot of favorites and will enjoy it!!!

I'm with the hubby, jdaa1! Get your money's worth! I should have realized since you had such a fabulous plan in place for afternoon/evening meals. The teens will be glad for the sleep and you will be glad for the rosier temperment...nothing worse than a tired teen...wait a minute, tired AND hungry teens are the worst. They'll surely help you get your money's worth.

Enjoy!
