Need help number crunching please

Not banking on it but hoping for some pixie dust and free dining for the end of October 2016.
1 adult, DS 12, DD 9 and DS 2

I'm looking for the cost to upgrade from quick service dining plan to the 1 QS & 1TS dining plan.

I'm trying to figure out what the cost difference of a value with the better dining plan or if we should stay at a moderate. TIA
