Today I weighed 144 1/2, so, I down 2 lbs for the week. Technically, by definition of BMI less than 25, I am only about 10 lbs overweight. At the rate I am going, I might be close to my goal by our trip at the end of October (within 10 lbs). We are going to be seeing my brother and his family. We saw them in June. At the time, I had lost only about 15 lbs, and was still extremely heavy. I don't think that anybody noticed that I had lost weight. I haven't told them what I have been up to, so, will they ever be surprised. I bought a new bathing suit for my trip, since I don't think the one I had in June will fit correctly.
One of the drug reps at work says she is going to tease her partner, who has been on maternity leave since early June. She is going to tell her that I am a new doctor when she comes back. That should be fun to see her reaction.
Today, I am working on reorganizing my son's room. At the end of the school year, I had nowhere to put his books from school, so, I am putting some of the books he has that are too easy in storage. I'm not sure I'm going to give them away just now. I think I might let him decide which to keep when he gets a bit older. Last time I put books in storage, he was upset with me for putting Goodnight Moon away. So, I will let him keep whichever were his favorites, any or all of them. Only problem is that the box is too heavy for me to lift--I'll have to find smaller boxes later. Wouldn't you know that since I wanted to find boxes for books this week, we didn't have any boxes at my office that I could use. So, I have about done what I can for now, and will move on to something else.
