Need help mapping out 1 day at Islands!

We are leaving in a few weeks to meet my family at Disney. Well, my brother decided he wants us all to spend a day at Universal so we see the new Harry Potter section. He so very kindly bought my boys a VIP pass and us Express plus tickets. Here are a few things we want to hit, but we haven't been to Islands in about 8 years so please let me know if I am missing any rides!

Must rides:
Spiderman
Hulk
That one coaster that you race on, can't remember the name!
The couple of rides in the Harry Potter area

Now, we are only there for one day (open-7pm) and so I know we only have time for the one park. The main reason is to see the Harry Potter, I know there are only 3-4 rides and you can only express 2 of them??

Any suggestions you can give us will be great. My brother, his family and my parents will be meeting us there at about 10am. They are not early morning people, so we have time to roam around before they meet us and get the kids shopping out of the way. Are there any shops in the new section? I know dh and I can only skip the long lines once per ride so we were hoping to do the rides that do NOT have express before they get there.

It will be no problems at all to do Spiderman, Hulk, Dragon Challenge and Flight of the Hippograff during that time. However since you're visiting during summer peak times, the park will be very busy. If you aren't arriving before opening you might not be able to enter WWoHP due to crowds and will have to come back later in the day. There are shops at WWoHP but again its going to be very crowded around the middle of the day so see what the lines are like and make your decision. Also...you try might eating at off peak times to keep the lines down.
